A rabbit is sitting in my yard digging a hole about a week, then argued about a couple of minutes. Stupid friend of my brother drove away from the mother and searching for small children. One need not move at all and the other is the father of wandering from his hole. Mama is back, or I should have the SPCA or something else?

Leave them alone. Get your brother and his friends away from the nest and the mother of hope. Rabbits do not sit their babies than other types. We visit in the middle of the night, care for, and if not, the children are left alone. We hope that friends of his brother to not interfere too much, and she will come back and take care of them. His chances of survival in captivity are very low (about 90% of wild babies die in captivity), it is better to leave them where they are and let nature take its course. Shelters euthanize baby without a mother who does not have the staff to feeding bottle.
She escaped to avoid predators stalk their babies, do not worry - would also represent the family.

Well, we must first see if the rabbits r u order. While u wait a bit and see if the mother returns. Until then, do something and keep it in foods like carrots or lettece and water. You need to keep an eye on them. Make sure your friends r ur brother there. And if the mother gives the call to the SPA! Hope this helps! But leave the nest, they will return. No need to look into the nest or disturb the babies!
