I want to buy a new HD camcorder. I have the choice between the Canon and Sony. I lean to the Canon Vixia HV40 because of its properties (orientation, stabilization, color quality, movie mode, etc..) I want to capture a camera, the digital MiniDV and the VIXIA HV40. Which company is best for the overall quality of the picture and what Sony's cameras, the HV40 can meet?
